• One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any winnings may be forfeited.
• KYC Verification: To make a withdrawal, you must verify your identity (NID/Passport) and mobile number.
• Account Security: Keep your password confidential. Each member is solely responsible for all activity on their account.
• Information Updates: If your contact details change, please notify our support team.

Please read these rules carefully before placing any bets on ppoker. Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled except in specific circumstances.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 (ten BDT). Maximum bet limits vary by game and market.
• Live Betting: Odds on live bets are subject to change. A bet is only accepted once the odds have been confirmed.
• Bet Cancellation: In the event of a technical error or abandoned match, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Result Determination: Results are sourced from official scoreboards and internationally recognised authorities.
• Incorrect Odds: ppoker reserves the right to review, void, or amend bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

All transactions on ppoker are fully secure. Every payment is protected with SSL encryption.

• Deposit: Minimum ৳500. Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal: Minimum ৳300. Withdrawals are only available from KYC-verified accounts.
• Processing Time: Typically 15–30 minutes. Up to 2 hours during peak times.
• Daily Limit: A maximum of 3 withdrawals are allowed per day.
• Currency: Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Transaction History: Viewable from your account at any time.

• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on ppoker.
• Harassing or defrauding other members.

Ppoker reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• To comply with legal obligations.

Members may close their account at any time. Before closure, any valid balance remaining will be available for withdrawal.

Ppoker strives to provide the highest quality service; however, certain limitations of liability apply.

• Internet Outage: ppoker is not liable for any bets lost due to disconnection.
• Third Parties: ppoker is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or internet service providers.
• Force Majeure: No compensation will be provided for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control.
